How is organic hemp oil obtained?
The organic hemp oil used in all our Veriere shampoos is grown organically, in a plot managed in agroforestry in the heart of Seine-et-Marne (77), without chemicals. The seed is pressed in first cold pressing on the farm to keep all the nutritional characteristics (vitamins, omega-3 and omega-6) by this very slow press.
The oil is then bottled after 21 days of rest and decantation in vats.
Rémi Seingier uses ecological techniques and strives not to use any chemicals.
"A 31-year-old farmer, I am based on 38 hectares in Lumigny in Seine et Marne (77). I cultivate organically but also in AGROFORESTRY. This agricultural practice consists of integrating trees into my cultivated plots. I therefore practice a 6-year rotation with crops such as rapeseed, wheat, barley, hemp, alfalfa." Rémi Seingier
