Soda

Soda is the basis of cold saponification. We mix it with demineralized water to create a basic mixture. To this is added the mixture of oils. The cold saponification reaction can then begin. Then comes the curing period, during which the soap will dry: the water will evaporate, thus taking the soda with it.

The soap will thus be free of soda, retaining only the natural ingredients inside.
